Statement:
Trying to look at the chair through new eyes, we found the image of the lamp most suiting. The literal embodiment of the appearance of a new idea through a light bulb being turned on in one’s head. The “light chair” is not only the tranformation of a sitting chair but also the symbol of ideas that are to come. Ideas that hopefully will bring change to Capetown.
